Condensate Tanks

Almost in every works, where steam is needed, a condensate tank is used where the condensate returns are collected. The tanks with selected capacity can be manufactured cylindrical, with or without heater,

We manufacture the condensate tanks suitable with the DIN 6616 norm. Manufactured tanks according to the customers wishes and boiler room layout possibilities, we deliver with all connections and both inside and outside of the tank shell will be painted as standard surface treatment.

According to our customers requirements, all necessary armatures, automation and safety elements can be provided and installed on the condensate tank so the integration with the system can be maintained.

Deaerator Systems

Quality of the feeding water is important as much as quality of the steam boilers.
If you are going to buy a steam boiler, its control and operation efficiency are important but lifetime, operation efficiency and the purity of produced steam are related with the purity of the water in the system as much as the manufacturing quality of the boiler.

Water is continuously in touch with air in condensate pipes and depot. Oxygen can easily solve in water and enter into the boiler with the condensate water and this cause the oxidation and corrosion of the boiler sheet.

In addition to the operations applied to the feeding water to get the maximum efficiency the feeding water should pass through the deaerator in order to minimize the oxygen amount.

Oxygen that exists in the water before the boiler is thrown away with the help of heat (steam). If it is necessary oxygen consuming chemicals can be added to the water besides to the deaerator. These devices don't need any additional costs after first investment, so we recommend these devices for all steam facility.

The properties of deaerator systems which are used to remove the resolved gases in water like CO2, H2S and CH4 are listed below.

For Deaerator Tower;
- 5 m3/h to 50 m3/h capacity
- 0,5 bar working pressure,
- AISI 304 quality stainless sheet pulverization trays,
- Galvanized shell and dish heads manufactured according to the norm of DIN 17100,
- Insulation with glass wool + galvanized sheet

For storage tank;
- Manufacturing according to DIN 6616 norm
- Shell sheets according to DIN 17100 norm
- Insulation with glass wool + galvanized sheet
- Stainless steel heating tube
- Necessary connections for the tower and other armatures.

While planning the layout of the boiler room it shouldn't be forgotten that the deaeretor has to be installed to the necessary static height for compensating the losses of the boiler feed water..
